Dear Parents/Guardians,
It is time to register for the 2024-2025 Faith Formation School year. Classes grades 1st thru 8th will be held on Sunday mornings from 8:30am-9:45am starting September 22, 2024 in the Bradley Beach Elementary School. We kindly ask that you register promptly so class supplies and books may be prepared in a timely manner.
All New Families:

This form is ONLY for New Families! Once you complete this form, the Religious Education office will be notified and will review your application. If approved, you will receive an automated email from Parish Giving with login credentials for an account that was created for you. Sign into your account to make a payment and select sessions for your children.
All Returning Families:
As a returning family, please do not fill out a form. You will receive an email from Parish Giving on the morning that registration opens (6/27/24). This email will contain login credentials for a Parish Giving account that was created for you. There is no need for you to create a Parish Giving account.
If registration opens, and you don’t receive this automated email, please contact Carol Freda—732-774-0456, ext 103.
